We recommend maintaining the pBirAcm with chloramphenicol (10 ug/ml) until the overnight is diluted to get the cell culture growing exponentially prior to induction.
Cells are supplied as 10 vials of 100ul liquid culture in 30% glycerol. Store at -80°C.
